Rooms
Moulin du Petit Rot has 5 guestrooms, each with their own specific character. The rooms are situated on the first and second floor of the main building. The rooms are named after their view of the surrounding area.

All rooms have their private bathroom with bath or shower. You can look forward to comfortable beds, a sitting area and a work place. The rooms are standardly fitted with a double bed. If you prefer single beds please tell us with your reservation.

The delicious breakfast is included in the price of the room and consists at least of warm rolls, eggs of our own chickens, jam, yoghurt and fresh fruits.

Conditions
When you make a reservation for 3 or more consecutive nights, you pay 50 % of the total amount in advance. We will send you a confirmation of your reservation as soon as we receive the balance of the amount.

For shorter-term reservations your room will be held for you until 18.00 hours, unless we have agreed on a later time of arrival.For children up to 3 years of age a baby bed is available for 10 € per night.

Le Marronnier
This room is situated on the first floor at the front of the building. The room is named after the chestnut tree of considerable age that can be seen from the window. From your room you can also watch the rising sun and the horses in the meadow.

The room measures 23 m2. It has a spacious, modern bathroom with a full-length bath and a toilet.

Le Verger
Le Verger is situated on the first floor and is named after the orchard at the back of the building. Opening the window you will enjoy the soft rustling of the brook. Le Verger is a room ideally suited to read a book while stealing a look at the surrounding area every now and then.

The room measures 23 m2. It has a spacious, modern bathroom with a full-length bath and a toilet.

Les Collines
On the second floor running the length of the left side of the building, you will find Les Collines. The room is named after the view over the hills. Situated under the high roof, the room has an especially spacious character. Les Collines has a cosy bedroom and a separate living room with the possibility for two extra persons to sleep. It also offers you a spacious work place.

The room measures 50 m2. It has a separate toilet and a spacious, modern bathroom with a full-length bath and separate shower.

L'Etang
L’Etang is situated on the second floor in the middle of the building. The room has a high ceiling and a light and airy character. You have a view of the pond where you willl see different species of water birds, especially in the morning. In this room an extra bed can be placed on demand.

The room measures 32 m2. It has a separate toilet and a spacious, modern bathroom with a full length bath and shower.

Le Nid de Buse
The solitude of the mill can be experienced nowhere better than in this room, The Buzzard’s Nest. On the right hand side of the second floor of the building, high above the hustle and bustle of every day Le Nid the Buse offers a view to all directions. It is a spacious, light room, suited for all kinds of activities. You will find a good work place, a separated sleeping area and a living area with room for two extra persons to sleep.

The room measures 50 m2. It has a separate toilet and a spacious, modern bathroom with a full length bath, a second toilet and separate shower.
